David Dragonetti for Mayor

Dave Dragonetti is an IT professional with over 12 years’ experience in human resources for a non-profit government contractor. Dragonetti has a degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Dragonetti has been a Shrewsbury resident for over eight years and has lived in Monmouth County over 14 years. He is the current Chairman of the Shrewsbury Borough Environmental Commission. Dave also served as President of the FoxChase Townhome Condominium Association in Tinton Falls.

Dave Dragonetti is married to Francoise Dragonetti, a Child Development Specialist at Family Resource Associates in Shrewsbury. They have two children, Oliver and Eleanor, in Shrewsbury Borough School and a son, Samuel, at Red Bank Regional High School.

Carol Loeffler for Shrewsbury Borough Council

Carol Loeffler moved to Shrewsbury with her husband Franklin, son Philip, and their great danes in 1991.

She received a Master of Fine Arts degree from New Jersey City University in 1992. Carol holds certificates in New Jersey K-12 art education, early childhood education, K-8 elementary education, and drug and alcohol counseling.

Carol taught art in New Jersey elementary and high schools for 38 years. She also served as Middletown teachers’ union representative until retiring in 2013.

Amanda Ngo for Shrewsbury Borough Council

Amanda Ngo is an Account Executive at Commvault Systems, supporting New York City government accounts. She received a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University. Amanda has expertise in negotiating government contracts and budgeting, balancing cost savings vs. value, and engaging all stakeholders via multiple forms of communication--electronic and personal.

Ngo is a supporter of the Shrewsbury Parent Teacher Association and is a religious education teacher at Church of the Nativity in Fair Haven. She is a ten-year resident of Shrewsbury, married to 30-year Shrewsbury resident, Dave, with two young children who attend Shrewsbury Borough School.
